York, Pennsylvania, is a city steeped in American history. York served as one of the first capital cities of the United States, and is home to the York County Colonial Courthouse, where the Continental Congress adopted the Articles of Confederation in 1777. About: The School of Culinary Arts at Yorktowne Business Institute is a career training institution located in historic Central Pennsylvania.
