Introduction: The French Pastry School is distinguished as one of the leading professional pastry schools in the country. Established in 1995, the school is owned by world renowned pastry chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sebastien Canonne. Come and learn under three of the best and most accomplished pastry chefs in the country. Unlike other schools, ours is dedicated only to the art of pastry.

The French Pastry School is dedicated to teaching the skills necessary for you to become a part of the growing and rewarding field of pastry. Teaching all aspects of French pastry from breads, cakes, tarts, ice creams, sorbets, chocolate candies, sugar candies, jams, sugar scultpure and chocolate sculpture.
