Culinary students will find a vast array of choices, ranging from traditional to exotic cooking styles. Of note is Birmingham's devotion to southern dishes which can be sampled at many of the restaurants around the city. For Hospitality Management students, there are over 100 different travel accommodations in the city, including many large chain hotels, which provide many opportunities for internships and valuable hands-on experience.
